Top shutters work. Bottoms do not. The home is so neutral you can lean in any direction. What do YOU like?

I think the shutters do nothing for the house and for sure the bottom ones do not belong. As for colors any color on thta very simple exterior will work . I will say IMO sidelights and door are all one unit and should be all the same color. The garge door needs to have windows and be the same color as the house siding IMO and then of cours major landscping is what that house needs .

Thank you for comments. Landscaping later. Realize landscaping is needed. Not telling you guys anything new...vinyl siding fades over time, so removing the shutters will reveal the difference and stick out like a sore thumb. I am thinking a  deep blue on shutters and door and paint coach lights a black. Garage door same color as siding. There are so many beautiful blues, even the lighter slate blues have appeal. Do not like brown. Following paint, will landscape and pick up some accent pots in sane color as door to off set garage.   

If you cannot remove the shutters because the siding is faded under the shutters then I suggest you paint them white as well as all trim and doors.

The color will equal out in fairly short order and look better than the ill placed shutters in my opinion.
