HELP! Rowe sofa sale

last year

Looking at the Laney slipcovered sofa from Rowe with down wrapped cushion but reading reviews that Rowe is not what they used to be. price at local place is where we want to be as I dont want to spend $10k on a sofa but for $3-4k I expect it to be better than what I am reading here (cushions and fabric breakdown after 1-3 yrs) have to commit by tomorrow for sale price. Should I keep researching or grab the sale price?
