How many more plain white walls in this room? What color is vanity? Is this an ensuite bath connected to main bedroom? If yes, what colors will be in bedroom & what’s the flooring color in bedroom? I’d want the colors between the two rooms to be connected and flow.

The bright white tub is what throws it off for me. The rest of the room has great bones. I'd eventually change to a tub for one of a more subtle color. You might be able to find someone who professionally refinishes tubs.

If give it a clean layer of bright white paint to offset the tiles and connect the tub. No need to spend a ton of money until the day you decide to reno, IMO.

There is a separate toilet room with terrible white walls, and the vanity area is separate. We plan to paint the bedroom blue but it really isn't visible from this area.

Blue in bedroom - so many shades of blue! 😊 I would try the blue you’re using in bedroom first. Or, use a darker or lighter shade of the same blue in each of these rooms -—choose a shade from the same color up or down on the paint sample stick. A rich blue will definitely look good with the tile color & the wood vanity too. You’ll need to decide about painting wood work trim or leaving white.
