I too grew some ! they sell fhem in random 6 packs here .. usually only labeled by double or halo type . they take up way more space than i anticipated but i really have enjoyed them .

i love your pink ones ! thats the color id much prefer . perhaps ill start seeds but i know ill kill them anyway lol

@Lilyfinch z9a Murrieta Ca, your hollyhocks are pretty. Especially the double white and purple single. The double red looks similar to mine but your leaves look much cleaner. I wish we had 6 in a pack of starters locally to buy.

In the spring I bought 2 bags of hollyhock roots from Costco and they grow fine.

I sowed some seeds in spring too but only few emerged. l plan to sow more seeds in the fall

A few pink blooms have already dropped. I am curious to see if any seeds would be produced
