What we suggest is actually moving the reclining sofa closer to the TV/fireplace so that you have a walkway behind the reclining sofa and then you can use the double doors on the right. Then you can place a sectional, or reclining sofa, closer to the fireplace and you won't have to walk in front of the TV to go outside. Thanks, Annette! That makes sense so you don’t have to walk in front of the TV. Would it not look silly from the kitchen side to have a couch closer to the middle of the living room?

I would put the chairs on the door wall.

add tables and lamps.

Put one sofa back to dining with a sofa table behind.

a long slim table behind the larger sofa against the wall, too and some larger, statement art on the wall.

the framed piece between the doors is too small... you don't need anything there.

Out of the box idea--four well proportioned swivel recliners in light fabric that can be turned to face fireplace and TV on the wall opposite from fireplace. This leaves room on both sides to access doors. Add round coffee table in the middle.
