Your sofas look a bit too close to the coffee table. Can you comfortably sit down and cross your legs in a relaxed manner and not hit the coffee table?

I have two sofas perpendicular to each other, one has all legs on the rug and the other has the rug half way under it. It looks fine. There isn't just one way of doing this. It depends on the room size, furniture size and rug size.

In my previous house, the same two sofas faced each other and they, and the two chairs, all had their legs on the rug. Different sized room called for a different layout.
