I would do black shutters like some of the bricks in your mix. It looks like your garage doors need painting- unless it's light reflecting that look like worn areas.

What color is your front door - looks like it might be red? Shutters could match it, or they could be deep blue or a shiny black. I would paint your gutter downspouts the siding color so that they blend in better; they are not a design feature that you want to emphasize.

My front door is red. I had black shutters and of course they faded and are cracked. Black is what I was thinking but I'm just can't decide. I've got to paint that storm door. I'm wanting to get a new light beside the front door. Any idea on color for that? Should I do white so it shows up better?

Your light will show up better if it is BIGGER. The best color would be one that matches the hardware on your door and storm door. I can't see if it is brass, but that would look nice if you plan to keep the red door. It would also be a good idea to add a railing on the left side of your steps (for safety). Some landscaping in the area between the walkway and the house would do wonders; it's potentially a really pretty house with a manicured, traditional look.

Are you just having your old shutters painted OR are you purchasing new shutters? The reason I'm asking is because your shutters appear to be a bit undersized for the windows + are hung incorrectly.

Even if your shutters aren't actual functioning ones, it makes a huge difference when they appear to be functioning ones. The provide more texture/depth + they just look so much better when they are the correct size for your windows.

Nice home! Painiting your downspouts to blend into the body of the house will look much better - they shouldn't be highighted by being painted white. Also, once you add more landscaping along the front, your house will be very pretty.

I much prefer your original siding color. The new color doesn't seem to complement any of the other materials.

It is darkervthan I expected . I still considering getting them to repaint it a tuscany clay color. It was just really faded and yellow looking to me
