Normally I would insist on knowing where you live, but it probably doesn't matter in this case. This looks like water dripping off the roof forming a line with the larger spot caused by either pooling or by more water hitting that one spot.

I have never had Palisade zoysia, but I have had zoysia. The stuff I had, once it went dormant from over watering, under watering, heat stress, or cold stress, it remained dormant until April of the following year when it awoke from winter dormancy. For example those brown spots against the brick would remain brown all season until April 2026. If these new spots turn brown like that and nothing seems to work, then just relax. Don't get anxiety trying to bring it back from the dead.
