space appears to be a bit small for a freestanding tub - may be difficult to clean behind it and on the sides. you also won't have space to put soap/bottles on (although the window sill may be able to be used for that assuming it's flat and deep enough). something similar to your current configuration may work better.

I was thinking to build a niche into the wall near the tub for soap and other things. With the freestanding tub it would be about 5 inches of space on each side well

Build a shelf under the window and move the faucet to the right side of the tub. You need someplace to put your bath stuff.

I like the idea of a light wood floor, but not sure which one in vinyl you have selected. The AI photo doesn’t make it flattering. Have you also considered an “ash” vinyl floor? It might look more modern.

Also, a faucet with a handheld sprayer is a “must” in these freestanding tubs.

I feel that faux wood tile floors and freestanding tubs are finally starting a downward trend. (Thought that just might be wishful thinking on my part.) If you love them though, that is what matters.

What your AI pics do not account for are your current counters. If you use a marble look on the walls you really need to make sure it doesn't clash with the current marble on the counters.

Is there a solid color you are repeating throughout the house? You can find floor tiles in that color and do an interesting layout on the bathroom floor (such as herringbone).
