Well, it took many steps, but I was able to do it - why do the techies always make things more complicated and difficult when they "upgrade" things? I will post pictures of actual roses later when I have more time -

Yes, it took me a while to stop feeling so frustrated, and my blood pressure going up.

I love that hawk. We also have owls, and foxes, and even coyotes occasionally - that is what happens when you have lots of trees, and bird feeders, and never spray poison anywhere.

Great pictures. I thought I was looking at my backyard and baby hawks for a moment.

May I just say I hate Houzz. Since this update, I can no long sign into Gardenweb which means I can no longer access the entire search archive. I don't understand why they have eliminate this function.

" That is one of the reasons I sort of just hate electronical/computery stuff; every "improvement" just makes it more and more complicated and difficult than it already was! and adds on to the list of stuff that can go wrong. And then there's all the passwords...

Good to see you posting again, Jackie. At least, I was starting to wonder where you were, unless I just missed your posts.

I'm a big fan of trailing edge technology: I prefer to adopt tech changes once they've been debugged, proved their usefulness, and come down in price. But I admit that technology does have its uses, as we are all here to demonstrate.
