You still have many pretty clumps. These are fabulous. Jan Zoo looks great. My Laura Harwood began blooming this past werkend and it always throws out pretty blooms. Still loving the color on Tangerine Tamale. Boys Night Out, Playing With Colors and Orchid Majesty have those colors I like. Great post for this time of year!!

What huge, luscious clumps you still have! All are gorgeous, but Jan Zoo, Boys Night Out and Playing With Crayons are my favorites.

Laura Harwood sure didn't look like that when I grew her. You have the magic touch to make her look her best..........Orchid Majesty is beautiful and Boys Night Out is another Lavender that is looking delectable......................Well done on all of them......Maryl

Jan Zoo is really loaded with buds. Laura's blooms all look perfectly formed and not curly pointed, as she could sometimes do here. Interesting color on Tangerine, and good to see Playing doing well, as it has needed a boost here.

Beautiful clump! Jan Zoo is certainly putting on a show as it Laura Harwood. Playing with Colors is another that catches my eye.

Thank you all for posting and commenting.

Thank you Kate. I pulled 437 blooms last night and expect fewer tonight But there were still pretty ones and I expect to be posting less and less. I do have some new ones in pots that are outdoing themselves right now and it has indeed been a good year, hasn't it? As many outstanding clumps as you have posted, you have to agree.

Thank you Debra. It has been a year with so much rain once blooming began and the plants have responded. The rains are supposed to get much more scarce after today. But some are still reblooming. Brad is surprised every year when I am ready to rest, but blooming started in April and it is time.

Thank you, Julia, They have really clumped this year,.

Thank you Maryl. I just am lucky that Laura likes where she was planted; She will canoe on first blooms but then straightens out. and the lavenders are just pretty, aren't they?

Thank you Mantis. Jan Zoo does give a lot of blooms and Laura usually does well after the initial blooms. You are the one that posted the original photo of Playing and it was so lovely, it looked like a painting. I fell for it from your photo which I returned to look at several times over the next weeks. I can't remember more than ten or so that have had that effect.

Thank you Nancy. Jan Zoo usually puts out so much she has two or three great clumps but I have been blessed with smaller clumps in plants that usually have one or two at the time.

And all of theswe make nice photos.

Playing with Colors has been attractive here, but it has not shown the registered height yet. The original plant here I put at the estate. (which has both pluses and minuses). I don't see how you can spend that much time deadheading. Picture taking is itself time consuming. I deadhead for pictures, but once peak approaches, I do not deadhead everything.

Mantis, I am retired and the garden is my passion. Time spent there is time I enjoy even if it is just weeding. The physical activity is good too.

The rain has had a tremendous effect on plant heights this year. I think I told you that Game Day was 48" this year. That is significantly above registered height.

I have told you before that I live in a small town in the south and people will drive by and go very slowly so they can see the blooms. Some of them stop and some have come by for several years to see the garden when everything is in bloom. It looks neater if everything is regularly deadheaded.

I'm late to the clump party! My favorites are Orchid Majesty, Boy's Night Out, Playing with Colors, and Laura Harwood. I think I need to move my LH. It is usually blooming in the foliage. How much sun does yours get?

Thank you, Brad. It is in full sun, and gets sun pretty much all day. No shade around. Some of them are just stubborn and sometimes one will do well in one place and a little distance away it just pouts
