No clue, but have you tried contacting the company? I know the xabinets are 25 years old, but it’s such a high-end company i would expect they have good longitudinal customer care.

Oh! Do faces actually come off? Not sure ? Sorry that didn’t help. I think someone suggested calling manufacturer already. If it’s possible, there has to be a way!

It looks a lot like the Ikea drawer mechanism. On your second picture, in the middle-right hole, there is a metal tab that half-covers a + slot. Stick a phillips head screwdriver there, gently push the tab out of the way, and turn the screw. You should turn it away from the drawer front, so turn right on the right side and turn left on the left side.

I realize that may have been hard to follow. I circled the area in pink and highlighted the + slot that you need to turn in yellow.
