Have you tried a satin. It would be better for doors and trim, and having to wipe them down occasionally. Usually, walls should be eggshell, or matte, and trim, satin or semi gloss. Ceilings usually are flat.

Yes, I had already ordered matte for walls, flat for ceiling, and satin for trim. But I went with satin on my doors and door trim. I did have matte put in window trim that are along my outer walls. Satin was put on the front door trim and the trim on two side windows. I love it all!
