Lighting Design Dilemma Dining Room

Chandelier Replacement

I want to replace this chandelier with a style thats different, not mission style, more modern, hangs down further and works with the copper pendents. What color finishes would work well I don’t want to replace the pendents but want to work with them. ignore the hot tub out the window, we’re still moving in

I thought orbs were a nice shape to work with island’s lights, airy so won’t interrupt the view, is modern, yet a classic, a good shape for your table and I really like the salt blast finish. Being adjustable allows you to choose the best height.

I don't find that your copper sphere pendants work with anything currently in your kitchen. Are you sure you want to head down that road?

Seems very unusual to have a line of recessed downlights and then pendants in addition to the downlights.

Do you love the copper or just don't want the expense of replacing them all? Taking them down (as already mentioned they seem like over kill on the lighting) costs nothing and a larger dramatic fixture could replace the one over the table.
