I don't find the colour Quiver Tan coordinates with your roof colour so I'm suggesting BM's Aegean Olive with white trim, black door. I also suggest you replace the iron columns with painted wood and paint your chain link fence black. Adding some landscaping would also improve the curb appeal.

Thank you @BeverlyFLADeziner! Unfortunately, the vinyl siding is very old and the integrity is compromised by cracking, etc. (doesn't show in the image). The new product is a lap siding with a 5.5" reveal. Thank you for the great suggestions - I agree, I love your ideas to create better curb appeal.

The warm grays being suggested look quite nice. I think that is a good compromise between tan and painting the house dark.

You could do SW Wool Skein, with Quiver Tan trim or shutters. That would coordinate things, with a lighter color on the house. Recylced glass for the door.

I don't like chain link fences, I'd plant up the fence line so it disappears.

@BeverlyFLADeziner - I love the look of a gable as in your examples, however, our roof doesn't have much pitch to it - not sure how to design a gable that would asthetically align well with such a flat roof style. thoughts?

Smart move avoiding dark colors on a smaller house, lighter tones really do help it feel bigger. Since your garage is already Quiver Tan you want something in the same warm family. I'd look at SW Accessible Beige or Moderate White. What I always do is upload a photo to facadecolorizer.com/us and test a few shades against what's already there, takes like 30 seconds and you can see how everything coordinates together before spending money on paint.
