Updating / brightening up staircase as there is a lot of oak trim downstairs but upstairs is regular white baseboards and trim. Already painted the risers and replaced carpet treads but can’t decide if I should also paint the skirt on the side of the risers and/or also paint the baseboards white starting at the bottom of the stairs…we’re also replacing the balusters with wrought iron.
