Seam acceptable or not?

I recently had quartz counter tops installed and i don’t think the seam looks very good. Am i being picky or should i ask for this to be fixed? it is an old house and I’ve been told my walls are not even.

Walls are never even. Old houses are just worse. That is an *exceptionally good* top tier, tight, and smooth, seam. Especially for being a miter. Which 99% of the time is never done, because it is the longest possible seam, and the most prone to issues with lippage after your cabinets settle. You usually use a French miter or butt seam there.

Looks like the stone is absorbing moisture from the epoxy. Which is weird. Man made quartz should have enough resin in it’s makeup to not be porous like quartzite. What brand quartz is this?
