More generous rug!! Lighter! More texture! Get a privacy treatment for under the curtain panels, and lower and open those to the sides. Or add about four more panels, as they aren't full enough to be yanked closed.

Trade the white float shelves for a touch of wood, add some pull up seating in benches , upholstered beneath. Lose that standing lamp......: ( find two, and flank the sectional )

You need the WARMTH of some other materials, the warmth of fabric, add a couple toss pillows and yes to some LARGE scale art over the sofa.
