Advice on Buzzing Freezer Noise

Before I schedule a service call.....thoughts.

For the past month or so...I sorta picked up on this one detail, where not always, but there are times I believe the fridge is running a defrost cycle as I hear what sounds like a bad bearing that is loud enough......a fairly audible buzzing noise that seems to last anywhere on average of 1hr to 1 hrr+++

There are days where I don't observe this noise and days I do.

Fridge seems to be holding temp and no ice appears to be built up inside

The noise is more evap than compressor right ? Do I have time to monitor and observe....and better get a pro in before I lose the contents of the fridge

There are no moving parts during a defrost cycle, other than a mechanical defrost timer if the unit of question doesn't have an electronic board for said function*. Defrost typically doesn't run longer than 15 to 25 minutes .

You didn't cite the model number to confirm the configuration.

*There are rare freezers that have a reverse-cycle defrost process.

Bosch Dual Compressor Unit. B36cl80ens.

I just got their service appt link......2 weeks out is the earliest date

Would be interesting to see how servicable the unit is...

The back cover if I recall has a fan and a single compressor if I recall....everything else was all hidden and the Evap Coil are on the side of the fridges. No clue how this is even accesiable

The /xx may be an engineering or design revision indicator that relates to different parts from one unit to another.

There are two compressors, of course being a Dual Compressor Unit.

Two evaporator coils, presumably separate in the fresh food section and freezer section. Each has a defrost heating element and associated items.

Some details aren't clear, and some numbered items are not in the listings below the diagrams.
