Living Room Home Decorating Furniture

Need help arranging this room!

My living room is very small and we got a sectional but I’m not sure how to make this work to look nicer!
I’m considering getting a smaller coffee table and maybe getting rid of the dog crate or if I could make it work in the room it would be better- no where else to put it! We just bought the home and are in the process of renovating the room down with new flooring as well. I just want to make my furniture work for now! Thanks for any help or ideas!

I should mention the sectional is a bit too big to fit on the wall that the tv is on currently.

Also we have two windows in the living room.

Rule is to position the largest piece of furniture first.

Try positioning the sectional on the wall with the dog crate. (Ignore, temporarily, the other pieces in the room). From photos, it looks possible with the chaise running under the side window.

I would move the sectional toward the tv and stash the dog crate behind it. I would figure out how to attach something to the top of the crate to add lamps on it and make the placement make more sense.
