This is a question that should be addressed at the local level. To my knowledge there is no nation wide garage door distributor. The cost of installation will be the going local rate for installing the door.

I would start a Lowes, Home Depot, or other large hardware store. I would also check with the people in the local lumber companies.

Contact one or more local garage door service companies. They are the same ones you call to replace broken springs.

Garage doors are available in different constructions, be it steel, aluminum, fiberglass or wood. Also available insulated, and/or with window panels.

Good opportunity to replace the opener too. Especially if your garage has living space above look at the side-shaft openers which run quietly.
