I'd do all brick across the front (including the porch area, no black there).

I would do the entire front in brick. I dont like two toned houses like that, because, to me, it looks like someone ran out of materials to do it all the same. No bands of different in the middle of the house either.l That adds to the choppy look.

I like to two-toned look. What do the sides look like? Mostly brick with some siding like the front? All brick? All siding? If all siding, definitely go 50-50. If all brick, definitely go all brick. I'm not sure I love the brown.

Wait, are you removing the current brick? I don't see either of your options as a huge improement to the appearance of the house.

Why not simply leave the brick and replace the small amount of siding on the house? I don't see anything wrong with your existing brick.

Just select a wider siding in a different color and make the change in materials at a different location on the face of your building.

How close is your home to the home nextdoor? If you cannot see the sides well then no reason to do them. If you can, I'd do the sides.
