I am a symmetry guy so I wish that window that was on the left, adjacent to the garage and the larger picture window, was the same size as its sister window on the right.

Tough to say without more context. What rooms are the windows in? Do you have a floor plan and elevation drawings to show how the windows relate on the interior and and the elevations to show the completed look?
