Design Dilemma Exterior Paint

should I paint trim around windows?

I am painting the upper part of my house cream and leaving the lower section dark brown. Should I frame the vinyl windows with the dark brown? Since the vinyl windows are white, I thought cream trim could look odd. Also, soffits dark brown or cream? I dont see where to add a photo.
I have seen it both ways in my Florida community.Thanks

if you plan to paint the top half light, paint all the trim and soffit the same light color, no contrast. Cream and white windows will look great!

and paint the garage door the dark of the lower siding.

What color brown is it? and what Cream color do you have in mind? Brand® and color name?
