Foundation landscape design

Hello! I am struggling hard with committing

to a foundation landscape design. I’m working with a local nursery who has been very patient with me.

I am open to ideas and if anyone has the ability to do software design so I can picture it, i I would be so grateful.

I would prefer the back row to be no taller than 3 feet as the porch is just about 2.5’. the bed depth is 8’

I’m considering a row of boxwoods followed by bobo hydrangeas. All the pictures I see are of hydrangeas followed by boxwoods (opposite of what I am considering). I am concerned that if I make the first row hydrangeas it'll look odd in the winter when the hydrangeas go dormant.

I would like some spirea and maybe noninvasive nandina to tie in the green of the boxwoods with the red of the porch.

Lastly, I plan to anchor the ends with either a Black dragon or a Green Screen arborvitae. The eaves are roughly 8.5-10.5’
