The shutters really should be removed from the home. It will improve the appearance.

As shown above, it makes a world of difference to not have the panels under the windows painted that random red. Shutters belong on single windows, not big wide windows. Toss those.

Move the house numbers to the right of the door, vertically.

Consider painting the front door and the storm door. The current white matches nothing.

I thought that the part under the windows (that you have put a red square around one of them) was a stained wood - and the same wood is also around the front door . . . ?

In any event, I think it looks better all painted the same color above the brick. Also, you need to take down the shutters - they aren't appropriate for the windows. Even when not functional, shutters should appear to be functional. Your shutters are too small for a double and triple window. Maybe you could add some trim around the windows?

Landcaping will help improve the curb appeal quite a bit.

If you had a large budget, there are other improvements that you could make to the front (you'd also need to decide if you want to take the house in a modern direction or a more transitional one - modern would probably work better).
