It might make more sense to contact your installer, if you can, but your cabinet reseller should be able to help too.

How long ago was your kitchen installed? Did the cabinet supplier also do the install? Who did the install? Most install crews will warranty one year to come back and do fixes. If over a year, you'll need to pay them to come out or fix it yourself.

However, that being said? I bet the issue is with the material...like some MDF engineered wood. The constant pushing and pulling on the door sometimes will strip the screws holding it on. And the door might be worn down so much that another screw might not be able to tighten up.

You may have to get a new door made....or switch to a stainless steel front dishwasher.

Frameless Euro cabinets are a specialty niche in the US. Unfortunately, most installers are completley clueless about dealing with them. That appears to be the case there.
