i'd simplify the options. Green and black with the wood floor and table just doesnt seem cohesive. this is a lot of budget to change what you describe. I think Id shop for the new counter....bring home samples...granite? corian? then pick a cabinet paint color since you''ll know what you are working with...... and paint can be any shade. Have you thought of a simple white color for all the cabinets and find a granite you like?

white for simple and fresh / not boring ......if you are set on color a blue would be my choice w the warm wood floor and table...play those up...[other pics]

What is your floor made of? Looks like wood--can it be refinished?

Nope. First, post the kitchen in daylight, shade up, it appears very dim.

What exactly is the flooring, and please take pics that show how far it extends, and show ALL of the kitchen all angles.

And why shiplap?

Design is best when it is not 1 from each pop category just to check boxes. Design should be a cohesive plan for the whole, where everything relates well to each other. Dark green and black might as be what you have existing, with the poor lighting. It won't really look much different.
