need tile floor help!

Previous owners simply poured cement where plumbing work was done. It’s so hard to keep clean and an eye sore. I want to save the tile in the bathroom. Any ideas how I can remove cement and replace with similar tile or add a tile design? At a loss of how to address or what to do.
