Where is the tile from?

Hi! I am looking for tile similar to the one in this photo, do you mind sharing where the tile is from? Thank you!

The tile was from Susan Jablon (www.susanjablon.com) It was a 1" x 6" white frosted glass tile. However, after checking her website, I see it is no longer made. The site shows only 1" x 1"/1" x 2"/2" x 2" sizes. She must have discontinued the 1" x 6" tile size. At www.tilebar.com you can find larger format glass tiles (3" x 6"/4" x 12") in several colors. I have used the Loft 4" x 12" sea foam and super white in other projects.
