That’s a coffee pot. As it isn’t hallmarked, it is most likely to be silver plate rather than solid silver. Stylistically it’s hard to date but I doubt it’s older than 1900 and I’m more inclined to think post 1950.

If it's silverplate, it's basically worthless. I got a lot of silverplate including teapots, trays, and a bunch of other stuff at an auction for $10. I was the only person who bid. If you sell it through ebay, you might get a couple hundred for it, but are more likely to get in the range of $40.

If it's silver, the value tends to be the silver value.
