Thanks to both of you. I don't know how to transfer a picture from my phone to the computer and link it to this site. I will try to load this site onto my phone and do it that way. Please be patient. I hate cellphones!

I cannot attach a picture I took at a greater distance on my cellphone. Do not know how I sent the first one. Too difficult for me. Sorry. I see no icon or instruction when I log onto Houuz on the phone. When I click on the photo icon I see photos from the website, no my phone. I hate cellphones!

The clipss indicate a side load balancer type system. Watch the above videos and you should be well on your way to getting them out and reset.

They are not vinyl tilt windows, they are older wooden ones, but I will watch the videos. It looks difficult. I am not mechanically inclined. Maybe my grandson can figure it out.

He should be able to figure it out. The videos are pretty detailed.
