There is a lot going on and in order to let the eye rest and also ground things, suggest a solid jewel toned rug. If you‘d like more interest, add cushions on the bed and some art.

I think @Maureen nailed it. You white furniture will pop nicely against the rug she suggested and it is a great match to the wall paper.

It's actually more of a very dark teal than black, I wanted dark and moody, but also light,airy and romantic, I love the rug Ms Lyn chose! Thank you all for your suggestions, this app is great

With so much color and pattern in the room I too think a solid color rug might work well. However, I do think a dark colored rug would work better than a white or light colored rug.

I love that you put the dog bed in with the decor board haha.
