Oh no no no if it's not non-combustible. Woodstoves must meet certain clearances to noncombustible surfaces, including walls, per code. I'd question if the vent pipe meets code -- it probably depends on if the piping is double-walled; if not, then uh-oh too close to drywall is a fire hazard (it's hard to gauge how far it is from the drywall in the pic).

Also, make sureyour homeowner's insurance covers woodstoves. I had to have a rider on my policy when I had a woodstove.

I would get rid of the raised hearth part. That’s outdated, not Tue awesomeness of a wood stove

If you look at your inspiration pic, the woodstove is a clean lined European style stove with no stovepipe showing. The wood paneling matches that style. Your stove and set-up look nothing like that and wood slats like that will not change that. If you want that look, research European style woodstoves and how to have one installed with the stovepipe directly out the back instead of raised. Or maybe look at a cream colored woodstove with a cream colored pipe for more style. The black heat shield won't ever look like your inspo picture. There are zero clearance woodstoves that can be installed closer to the wall. Or look at a stone heat shield instead of the black metal.

Your stove is currently to code with the metal head shield....your inspo photo only shows wood paneling behind it....not to code with your type of stove.. Are you keeping the heat shield and paneling around it?

The floor tile looks waterproof now, you would need something waterproof coming in from the hot tub.

I would also consider an outdoor shower, very convenient after hot tub or sauna to rinse off chlorine or sweat before you go in to relax. My BIL built a wood fence around his, you can shower and change.

It is tocod now not once you out a wood slat wall behind it . Did you tell the agent that plan. Your house burns down no insurance .
