My house was built in 1999, moved in 2008, a year ago put 17 piers to fix the foundation. noe want to fix the drywall cracks, in the past it is DIY, did couple of times, they reapppeared. Uploaded pic just a sample, need to do half of upstairs.

two drywall contractor, one has 50+perfect reviews, not sure if all anuthentic, need 1 week, two coat of mud, use green lid and blue lid joint coumpond, promise five years warranty of tapes replaced refuse to put in written though. Last night at 11:30 he was texting back to my messagr about the bid; the other has crew driving related reviews not related to work, need two weeks, emphasize not to lying about the drying time wanted to do it right, three coats od mud, $500 less, diss the blue lid joint compond, use only the black lid since it has glue in it, can put 1.5 warranty in contract. I have no time issues, more concerned about the quality and endurance. Any suggestion which one to go with? Both being around many years

Chatgpt says green lid joint compond is better for the recurring cracks like I have, but I feel the 2nd contractor sounds more honest. the first one made my address wrong in the estimate, miss missing one room; after 2nd visit he put an extra room, callcalling my na wrong. So I dont know how to decide. Any insights are appreciated
