What are your whole home metal finishes? Door knobs? Kitchen finishes etc? You could go a number of ways

House has a modern farnhouse vibe wirh ORB door knobs, darker door frames and doors, wrought iron lighting fixtures in a mainly white kitchen with darker island. leaning warm mostly.

If your vanity counter is black - I do think the ORB faucet wouldn’t look that great. Is the tiling already done? If not, you could consider something like this - just make sure the mirror goes up before the faucet is installed. I think a polished nickel faucet would repeat the silver tones of your tile and would stand out against the black counter - and an ORB sconce would stand out against the tile and would repeat your door hardware.

So, the custom mirror would be centered over the sink area and you would do just one sconce centered on the tile area (which is centered over the remaining counter space). Just make sure you have a recessed ceiling light or two based on the overall powder room size. And your tile would need a silver schluter edge to die into - which is what the mirror would die into.
