I prefer option 1. It leads your eye into the room, and makes the room look larger.

I prefer option 2. The room already appears long and narrow.

No 50% off set . I like them stacked and #2 direction wise . A gray grout minimal space between tile and the same ones in the shower walls too

Option 2 since the room is long and by doing this way it would be opposite the flooring direction shown in the hall outside the room.

In a larger space like this I would have gone with a larger tile. I used 24x24 in mine.

With marble-look tile I also prefer a straight/stacked set, so you don't end up with vein patterns and grout grid step patterns making it look more busy.

Option 2.

1/3 offset was recommended for my 12x24 tike.

While I like you first choice , this orientation worked best for my situation.
