@Joseph Corlett, LLC , I hope you had a good Thanksgiving! Do you have advice regarding where to place the sink holes for this sink size? I need one for air-gap, one for water filter. How far to the left and right would you place these away from the kitchen sink faucet in the center? Thank you!

I'd go 8" on center from the faucet for easy cleaning. After inspection, abandon the goofy air gap please. A high loop in the dishwasher drain line seems to work perfectly in 45 states. I'd install a disposal switch or a soap dispenser in the hole.

I asked for 1/4" reveal as you suggested but it seems the countertop fabricator didn't get it. What do you think of this. Is it too small? I only have four inches left for the sink faucet, and 3.5 inch front rail. Thank you.

It is not too small, in fact I prefer a 1/8" positive reveal over the 1/4".
