An L-shaped sectional pulled away from the walls and oriented to both the fireplace and the TV might be your best option.

IN the real world the TV is the focal point in a room that is why when I design interiors I put the TV in one space and FP in another . If this has to be the only space for TV get used to th fact it is the focal point . I think mayb you could do the sofa facing the TV and the 2 chairs facing the FP but swivel so thay can also be used for seating when you are entertaining .
