I’m a bit confused about which area is video conferencing area. Is the bookcase the background or the area with the two chairs and the wall plaque? As you arrange his video conference should have flattering light directly on his face. No window light behind him or he will be a silhouette.

The video area incorporates the left part of the bookcase to the right half of the window. Basically, I need to decorate the are to the left of the bookcase and right of the window.
