Microwave convection

Im trying to find a microwave convection to install in my island. i initally wanted a drawer model but no combo units exist that have good reviews. any suggestions?

The Forno Oliena FMWDR309324WHT 24-Inch and FORNO Oliena FMWDR3093-30WHT 30-in Built-In Microwave Convection Ovens are sold under many different brands and owners seem to like them. The cheapest among them are the Forno-brand models so you might consider them. They also come with two-year warranties.

I find myself using my air fryer 90% of the time. That is the appliance I would make sure had an accessible location.

I only use my microwave to reheat or for a frozen vegetable.

Maybe there are better ones now but the GE I bought about nine years ago is pretty much worthless as an oven. I got it because I moved out of a house with double wall ovens into a house with one oven. It takes forever to cook anything so I think I used it about twice. I would never waste the $ on a convection microwave again.

It's probably a 120-volt model which has relatively low convection power. You might consider the Smeg SOCU2300MX which is a 240-volt model but can still be mounted under a cabinet.

I use the airfryer/convectiion oven now and haven't use the large range oven at all. We no longer use a micro. This has a stainless-steel interior. Ninja DT501.

@wdccruise - thanks for that tip. I'm selling the house so no need to replace it. It's OTR and size was also a factor. Some stick out farther and hang down lower - learned my lesson on that at a different house.
