You'll be hard pressed to find a 72" coffee table unless to create one by placing 4 36" square tables together.

You are saying essentially that the couch is just over seven feet long, at 87" . No other chairs, just a couch with fat wide arms, each arm 10.5 wide?

Nobody is sitting ON the arms, but there is no rule for this if there is no adjacent chair or companion couch! If all you have is nearly unlimited space in front of a couch to a wall or tv.?

A threesome of nesting round tables, or a butt together of two square 30" tables, to equal 30" by 60" total. A nesting rectangle version, with two ends to pull out or .......NOT.

Why don't you show the room, its style flavor, and the couch? That will get you very concrete suggestions, especially with "budget" you have in mind.

I’ve attached photos and dimensions of the couch and I’ve included the dimensions and layout of the room. The rug that is currently in there is 9x12. The sofa will be facing the tv. We plan to put a swivel chair near where the Christmas tree is and another chair to the left of the sofa facing in. Thank you!

Is it too late to change the sofa?

It looks like you are a young family. One thing I learned from buying sofas over the years is that I hate wasting valuable space on huge sofa arms.

I just got this sofa from Hickory Chair (Jules-Made For You) and the arms take up much less of your overall sofa space and give you a bigger sitting area. You can get it with a deeper seat too and different legs and arm styles.

Just something to think about in the future.

With the 3" straight arms you have 102" of sitting area versus the 87" in the one you ordered.
