Floor plan with ALL dimensions would be where you would start.

It looks like plumbing electrical, and HVAC are already done, so you have to provide all those constraints in your measurements (you do not have a blank slate).

What are your goals? How many cooks are typically in the kitchen? How does the kitchen relate to the rest of the house?
