The frame color shown is the frame color you have. There is no way to make that black now shy of painting the frame. But the only way to know for sure is to ask the place you purchased the windows from as PPF noted above. His reply was not rude but simply matter of fact.

These are questions that only your contractor and window distributor can answer.

Photo B just looks like a white vinyl window with trim that was painted dark brown. I would think you could do the same with yours.

Ask your builder to provide a mock-up of their understanding of what they are to build.
