I think the pups look big enough to be planted directly. I would cut off the flower stalk to make it more tidy, but the mother plant looks good and still may make more offspring. I would leave her unless you just can’t stand it.

Thank you. Can I cut the stalk off and move the mother plant? I can't leav it there because it obstructs that walkway where we keep our garbage bins. I end up having to roll over the leaves anyways.
