I have change the color of my living room from Blue to green

Your living room looks neither blue nor green on my screen. It looks beige. If you want to change your turquoise console to another color to place in a beige room, I'd do a glossy black. I like at least one black piece of furniture in every room. I think it is really grounding. Plus, it will look cohesive with the black framed artwork above it.

Maybe she means the color of the sofa changed from blue to green? I think black would look nice, too, or maybe a very deep green that reads black. Someone with some photoshop skills might be able to change it for you so you could see how it would look. Pretty room!

Will suggest that you paint the console a green color close to the color of the sofa.

I'm for black matte or satin.

I tend to consider the big picture as oftentimes a change will result in other items needing an update. I’d paint it black and update the hardware.

Don’t over accessorize its surface and suggest replacing the matts for a less heavy, more modern look.

At some point, consider updating the mantle and the accessories (less is more). Your room will feel more cohesive and also bring in more green.

One of my favorite paints is “Hopper Head”, a deep charcoal, Farrow & Ball. F & B also has a nice deep green, ”Chine Green”, has alot of black in it. You can use their color visualizer (sp?) on their site. Their paint isn’t inexpensive but it is my favorite.

If you don’t want to paint the console black, look at dark greens that complement your pretty couch.
Benjamin Moore has a pretty dark green called Forest Floor.
Or Vintage Vogue, which has some gray in it.
Or Jack Pine.
I think having the black console under all the black frames can look either “just right” or too severe for the room.

Is there purple in your art? The center gallery pieces look like they may have that color or something to that effect. I am thinking that a dark plum/purple color might be striking. Or a purple black.

ETA: some visuals with very dark plum/purple and purple black consoles.
