I agree..the wall color could be more like the floor color so they sort of affirm each other..without being a distraction from the flow of the room..one step further..use a pale shade of your favorite color

Looks fine to me. If I really wanted to change something, I’d look into a wall color that was less grey. But I’m relying on what I see on my screen. In person, I might I might love your current wall color. If you love it, keep it!

The floor colour ties in with your counter top and tiles - no need for change unless you want it. Pick a paint colour that is the same tone as your floor but lighter.

This works but as others have said, could feel more intentionally put together if the wall color were different. The chairs also feel too formal for that more casual weathered looking flooring. I'd look into wood chairs.

Thanks for the comments, but regarding the wall color, it is called city taupe, which is more of a light brown/beige even though the picture makes it look gray. Our floor installer thought the floor looked perfect with the wall color, but we were also wondering how the floor looked with the cherry cabinets.

The floor looks good with your cherry cabinets you don't want to wiped floor or gray floor it would look cold with the warm cherry

Floor color is nice complement to your dark cherry cabs and light countertops. (But consider putting the Tuscan scroll-y metal chairs back on your screen porch).

Those Tuscan scroll-y chairs are probably super sturdy and comfortable. I have similar chairs in my dining room that I would like to replace eventually. Does anyone have any ideas in the meantime to make them less ”formal”? I have been considering distressing mine with white paint.

Excuse my crazy phone I was trying to say you don't want to get a gray floor I like the light color it goes good with the Cherry the gray floor would make the room Pier colder and doesn't go with the Cherry cabinets the Cherry cabinets are a warm tone and the gray is a cold tone

If you wanted to make the chairs less Tuscan, there is this option:

Your choices all work very well together and the turquoise pieces placed around the room really brighten things up. One suggestion. One of the chairs seems to have both a seat cushion and a back pillow - maybe for a younger person? Consider covering BOTH cushions with a turquoise fabric, nothing fancy, perhaps one with a very small print (not flowers, just more than one shade of the chosen color). A cotton percale or cotton/poly mix would be fine and easy to wash. This would just be another way to add a bit of lightness - in a color you enjoy - to your kitchen area.
