I agree. The mirror, lighting and window pane all need to be addressed - as well.

I think the lighting and mirror if in your budget could be changed. But I love the window pane hung on the vintage knob. Gives interest, and isn’t the same ole same ole! I have a feeling it goes with the rest of your aesthetics in your house.

I would use a pedestal sink and paint the whole bathroom to freshen it up.

With no natural light, I would prefer a lighter feel... with all the fixtures and hardware.

If you want something truly quality and unique, it will come from a custom cabinetmaker in your area. They can work with you to design the vanity and you can source your own top and basin.

You seem a fan of found objects. (Me too!) You can also source casegoods, like dressers or old chests, and have them made into vanities.

You can also search Etsy for companies that sell vintage dressers that they have already made into vanities. Some of them will let you custom design too.

Depends on your budget and the style you are after.

Sounds like you want good quality and it shouldn’t be hard to find once you define the look you want. Here is one that has a similar feel to the above. You may find the flooring will need to be updated to complement its features (also the accessories).

Tried to find an extreme but one man's eccentric is another's normal I guess . I still need the info and also what size , just too little info.

Was after some quality companies to look at for vanities. To figure out what direction I want to go. I just an not after modern or big box store look.

You state you want quality but not modern or big box stores. I would suggest you check out the bath vanities on sites such as Ferguson Home, Perigold, etc. They offer some more traditional looking ones. My taste runs more modern so I like the quality & styles on Room & Board, but I don’t think you would.

@Kendrah like those options as well. I didn't see your message till tonight. Just meant I like the vintage vanity look. But would much rather have a "found" or real deal item. Didn't think to look on Etsy.  Thanks for tips. .

No one has mentioned it but if you're keeping the floor, you probably should repaint the walls. The gray doesn't work with the tile floor IMO.

As far as vanities go, any kitchen cabinet company would be able to supply a bathroom vanity. The quality goes from A to Z, as do the prices, so there are lots of options. It's a powder room, so do you really need storage? I have pedestal sinks in my powder rooms, which work just fine and give a lighter feel than a vanity.

But if you really want a vanity, try Ronbow, Bertch, Kohler, Marsh, Stone Hill, Omega. See if the prices work for you. If not, you'd be better off at the big box stores.
