Linear drain is not centered

I recently renovated my bathroom and I just noticed the linear drain is not centered relative to the wall. Is it a common issue? I am not sure if it was intentional due to the plumbing issue or simply a mistake. Should I ask my contractor to fix this? It will bug me, but going through the construction again is also painful. Appreciate your advice in advance.

You know the fix means total demoing the shower and starting over, right?

It must not be too bad if I recently renovated my bathroom and I just noticed.

Not and waterproof it correctly, it is a start at the beginning again with all new material.

When the plumber installed that drain pipe he was just a bit off. No one noticed or just kept working around the mistake.

When we built in 2021 I caught two drains that weren't quite in the right place. Brought it to my builder's attention, who had also noticed, and it was corrected before any next steps were completed.
