My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
briefly. Two year? I got one bloom (huge) each year, and it was fine. But it wasn't nearly as interesting as I thought it was based on Heirloom's description, and so I chucked it. I think I may have praised it on Heirloom's site, but I really thought it was very ordinary in the end.
I bought one last year from Heirloom and kept it potted for a few months . Unfortunately I didn't take any pics . The blooms were pretty but small . It got some black spot . Finally I just got rid of it .
Mine has survived one zone 6ish winter but I haven't noticed any blooms yet. I usually discourage a lot of blooming in first year roses to beef up winter survivability.
